For thirty years, this undeveloped site of the City of Brussels has been the subject of various redevelopment plans. None of these plans has been successful for long. The Pum-collective expands the citizen’s ability to be involved / informed / consulted in the design of the ‘master plan’ for the development of this space.

Experiments in urbanism are an attempt to submit concrete proposals for the development of fallow land that take into account the specific biodiversity of the place, which is respectful of the water that is present on this space, as well as its inhabitants.

It involves experiments in discovering and allowing others to discover alternative ways to plan green spaces and to establish a partnership between Beliris, the region, the study bureau responsible for the development of the wasteland and local residents and users of these places who keep thinking and sometimes even dream of their neighbourhood.
